Anchor marks where something settles.

A point where movement finds ground
and begins to hold.

Anchor is the meeting of gravity and grace. The moment when light learns to stand within matter.

[This symbol also exists in form](https://www.houseofveyrion.com.au/stone/anchor)

## origins

Forged in the hush beneath movement, Anchor rose as the quiet pillar that holds the world steady without binding it.

## meaning

It reminds us that grounding is not heaviness but radiance carried by form. *When the ground anchors, the whole body turns to light.*

## today

Amid uncertainty, Anchor returns as a spine of calm. A reminder that stability can shine, that presence itself is illumination.

## practice

Touch the base of the symbol and breathe downward first, then upward through the crown. Let the breath become a single line of golden stillness.

## endurance

Because what is truly anchored cannot be dimmed, Anchor endures as the light that holds its own weight.
