Attunement shows up in how we connect with others, with nature, and with ourselves. It reminds us that true leadership and true presence arise from listening first.
Sit quietly with another person, a tree, or a stone. Breathe and simply notice their presence. Whisper inwardly: What is your rhythm? Then soften until you feel the resonance.
Attunement endures because all of life is vibration. To attune is to return again and again to harmony. The eternal song beneath all change.
