The Flow moves without interruption.

It becomes visible
as presence continues through all.

*Na'len  - ***Where movement begins without effort.

Current of life, unseen thread weaving stillness into motion.

## origins

Traced in water, wind, and breath. The first teachers of rhythm.

## meaning

Flow is the art of yielding without losing direction.

## today

It reminds us to move with time, not against it. To trust momentum’s quiet hand.

## practice

Find one place today where resistance softens. Let what wants to move, move.

## endurance

Even the river rests, its strength is not force, but returning.
