The Rhythm of Release moves through surrender.

It becomes visible
as something lets go and continues.

Breath out, tide retreating, letting go in time’s own flow.

## origins

From chants and drumbeats to seasonal rituals, release was marked in rhythm. Grief, harvest, and renewal given a pulse.

## meaning

Surrender, timing, flow. The rhythm of release shows that letting go is not sudden alone, but patterned, paced, and alive.

## today

It speaks of trusting natural cycles: endings, pauses, and the quiet music of closure.

## practice

Breathe out slowly to a steady count. Ask: what am I ready to release in rhythm, not in rush?

## endurance

The rhythm of release endures because all life moves in beats of holding and letting go.
