The Seat of Resonance holds a centre.

It becomes visible   
as something settles into vibration.

Holds the still point, amplifies the unseen, radiates harmony from within.

## origins

From ancient tuning forks to sacred singing bowls, resonance has long been revered as the hidden force that aligns body, mind, and spirit. In temples and healing rites, a central point or seat was honoured as the place where vibration meets form.

 

## meaning

Centre, vibration, harmony. The Seat of Resonance symbolises the inner chamber where truth vibrates clearly, the source-point from which all tone and movement arise.

 

## today

Resonance is felt in music, in relationships, and in places that “hum” with presence. It reminds us that true strength lies not in noise, but in coherence. The ability to sound in tune with life.

 

## practice

Sit in silence. Hum a single note and feel where it resonates in your body. Ask: *What is the seat of my resonance today? *Let your awareness rest there.

 

## endurance

The Seat of Resonance endures because vibration is eternal. Long after words are forgotten, the resonance of truth remains.
