The Shared Heart marks a moment of connection.

Something is carried between lives,
and recognised when it meets itself again.

One pulse, many lives, love carried together.

## origins

From sacred covenants to marriage rites, the heart shared was seen as the bond that unites beyond self.

## meaning

Unity, compassion, connection. The shared heart reminds us that love grows when given.

## today

It speaks of community, family, and the courage to live with open tenderness.

## practice

Place your hand over your heart. Imagine it beating with another’s. Ask: how can I share love today?

## endurance

The shared heart endures because connection is life’s deepest rhythm — always returning, always needed.
