The Still Core holds inner stability.

It becomes visible
as everything settles into presence.

Center of creation. The quiet heart from which all life begins to move.

## origins

Born from the hush before time, the Still Core remembers the space between breath and being.
It is the first pulse of awareness, not yet sound, not yet form, only knowing.

## meaning

Silence as foundation.
The Still Core reminds us that rest is not absence, but presence held so deeply it becomes creation itself.

## today

A symbol of calm strength and inner gravity, the quiet center that steadies life amid change.

## practice

Sit without seeking.
Feel the rhythm of your breath until movement dissolves into stillness, and stillness begins to move through you.

## endurance

Stillness endures because it does not compete with time.
It waits, patient and whole, holding all things in gentle equilibrium.
