Waves move through rhythm and flow.

It becomes visible
as something rises and returns in cycles.

Endless motion, rising and falling, rhythm of the deep.

## origins

From Polynesian carvings to Japanese woodprints, waves have long symbolised the power and mystery of the sea.

## meaning

Change, rhythm, flow. Waves remind us that all life moves in cycles of ebb and return.

## today

They speak of emotion, energy, and the collective forces that shape us.

## practice

Sit with the sound of water. Breathe in rhythm. Ask: what in me is ready to rise, and what to release?

## endurance

Waves endure because oceans never rest. Their movement mirrors the endless motion of life.
