The Ritual Stones of Aereth

Gate of Silence

A mark of quiet passage

The Gate of Silence engraved stone symbol from the Ritual Stones collection

The Stone

This stone carries the form of a simple gate resting beneath a small circle.

The arch opens gently upward while the circle stands above it in quiet balance.

The shape suggests a moment of pause before crossing.

Held in the hand the stone feels still and centred.

A threshold that does not demand movement.

Only presence.

The Symbol

Across traditions gates have symbolised passage between states of awareness.

The arch reflects the opening.

The circle above represents the one who stands before it.

Silence is the space where crossing becomes possible.

The gate does not pull.

It simply waits.

In the Making

The arch was carved first so the sense of opening would remain balanced within the stone.

The circle and connecting line were then engraved above it to anchor the symbol.

When light moves across the surface the arch catches a soft shadow, giving the form the quiet presence of a doorway within the stone.
