sessions for children
A stone, a circle — wonder begins
What are the Stones of Aereth sessions?
It began with Knox, gathering small stones by the river and tracing symbols into them. What was play became something more — each stone seemed to carry a doorway, a quiet weight children could hold.
Now these stones form circles. In each session, a child chooses one, listens to a story, shares a breath, or simply rests with the stone in hand. There is no pressure to be more, no task to finish — only the simple presence of stone, circle, and child.
Who is this for?
These circles are for children who long for gentleness, wonder, and simple moments of belonging
- Sensitive feelers. Kids who sense a lot and need soft edges.
- Quiet explorers. Curious, reflective, not always verbal.
- Small groups. Best in 4–8 children for safety and ease.

Arrival (2 min) — A quiet hello; choose a stone.

Session Formats
Small Group (4–8 children, 30–40 minutes)
A gentle circle with peers. Children sit together, each choosing a stone, sharing small moments of breath, sound, or image. The group flow makes it playful and light, while staying safe and contained.
1 on 1 (20–30 minutes, tailored for sensitive children)
For children who need quiet space and slower rhythm. One stone at a time, one gentle guide, no pressure. A space for shy voices, sensitive feelers, or those who prefer to move at their own pace.
