Mountain

A mark of orientation and quiet direction

mountain

The Stone

This stone carries a simple rising form.

Two lines meet in a quiet peak, suggesting a summit held within the earth itself. The engraving is restrained, allowing the natural weight of the stone to remain dominant.

In the hand the stone feels firm and grounded.

The base holds.
The summit rises.

The Symbol

The mountain has long represented endurance.

It stands through time, weather and change. A presence that does not move yet shapes the world around it.

Across cultures the mountain marks stability, ascent and the meeting place between earth and sky.

It does not seek height.
It becomes it.

In the Making

The peak was carved first to establish the highest point.

From there the slopes were drawn downward with careful restraint so the form remained balanced within the stone.

When light passes across the surface the ridge catches the glow of the stone, revealing the quiet geometry of the mountain.
