In the hand the symbol feels alive and continuous, as if the movement could continue beyond the stone itself.

Across ancient traditions the serpent has represented life energy, shedding of old forms and the wisdom of cycles.
Its movement follows the ground yet remains deeply aware of its surroundings.

In the Making
The body of the serpent was engraved first in a single flowing movement to preserve the sense of motion.
The head and tail were then refined so the form retained its balance along the surface.
The engraving remains smooth so light travels along the curve of the line.
The serpent appears still.
Yet the movement remains within it.
