The Movement Stones of Aereth

Twin Wings

A mark of balanced motion

Twin Wings engraved stone symbol from the Movement Stones of Aereth collection

The Stone

This stone carries two wings facing one another.

Their forms mirror each other across the centre of the stone, creating a shape that feels both open and grounded.

Unlike a single wing, this form does not suggest departure.

Instead it suggests balance.

Held in the hand the stone feels steady, as if motion exists equally in both directions.

The form opens.

The centre remains calm.

The Symbol

Across cultures wings represent movement, ascent and freedom.

When two wings appear together they often symbolise balance between forces.

Left and right.
Movement and return.

The symbol reflects a state in which motion is present, yet centred.

A readiness rather than a flight.

In the Making

The central space was established first so both wings would emerge evenly from the middle of the stone.

Each wing was then carved outward to preserve the sense of symmetry.

When light moves across the surface the mirrored curves create a subtle play of shadow, reinforcing the feeling of balance within the form.
