Essence
This is the first ode of Aerion, within House of Veyrion.
Each ode is a gift — small, intimate, and carried by the light team that walks beside us.
They are not lessons to be learned, but moments to be felt.
Here begins the circle, with the lapis of Menheta.
Teaching
The lapis speaks not in words, but in silence.
In your hand lies a stone, blue as the sky after rain.
It does not burden, it anchors.
Every breath you take weaves you back into an ancient knowing.
Menheta once carried this silence,
and now you do too.
This is not memory alone — it is presence, alive in you.
You are the bearer of silence.
Invitation
“Come as you are.
Hold me, and remember:
You do not need to prove or to strive.
You are already the silence that endures.”
Practice
Sit for three breaths with hand on heart.
Whisper softly: “
I carry the silence. I learn again.”
Write down the first sentence that arises.
Leave it raw, unfinished. That is enough.
